Angie Boxall

Angie Boxall was born in Guildford, some thirty something years ago. She joined Radio Lion in 1998 and since then has been involved with training, membership and presenting.

She has always wanted to become a radio presenter and joining the station fulfilled a life long ambition. Her favourite moments include getting to meet the patients, taking part in outside broadcasts and socialising with other members.

Angie's has a variety of hobbies which include palaeopathology and rock collecting. She is also involved with a church in Esher and has been on humanitarian trips to Romania.

During her spare time, Angie has taken on an open university level two course and has just purchased a telescope to help her experiment.

Angie's philosophy in life is that all things are possible. Her ambition is to write a book because everyone has a story to tell. Musically, Angie has an unusual taste, admitting she has an interest for Run Rig.
